She is survived by: her sons, Eness Collins of Barbourville, Jeff Collins of Corbin and John Collins (Sheri) of Corbin; her siblings, Lela Margaret Vance of Hamilton, OH and Paul Ray Wagers of Hamilton, OH; and her grandchildren, Steven, John H., Albert Saunders, Tyler, J. J. Collins, Gage and Kaylee Tucker.
