He is survived by: his wife Laura Karas; his children, Derrick Karas of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Lauren Meyer (Cody) of Johnstown, Jailyn Ramey of Corbin and Lailah Ramey of Corbin, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Harrison Karas and Isla Meyer; his siblings, Scott Karas (Diana) of Hastings and Melody Mueller (Steven) of West Bend, Wisconsin; his parents-in-law, Harold and Linda Helton of Rocky Top, Tennessee; his nieces and nephews, Anthony and Brooke Young; his great-nephew Carson Young; and his friends, Robin Garland and Jennifer Biffle.
