He is survived by: his children, Richard Smith of Loraine, Danielle Smith of Loraine, Jackie Smith of Loraine, Christal Smith of Loraine and Holly Smith of Elyria, Ohio.; his siblings, James Smith, Junior Smith, Betty Witt (Carolyn Smith) and Donavan Holdaway (Susan Gregory) of Florida; his grandchildren, Jose Castro, Emilio Rivera, Miguel Rojas, Zamarra Johnson and Hope Smith; and his great grandchildren, Jose Castro, Jr., Lorenzo Castro and Ramanni Rivera.
