He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Smith and Effie Sasser Smith; his siblings, Robert Smith, Billy Smith, David Smith, Carl Smith and Mary Matthews; and his cousin Gene Blevins.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Smith of Loraine, Danielle Smith of Loraine, Jackie Smith of Loraine, Christal Smith of Loraine and Holly Smith of Elyria, Ohio.; and his siblings, James Smith, Junior Smith, Betty Witt (Carolyn Smith) and Donavan Holdaway (Susan Gregory) of Florida.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brafford Cemetery.
