He was predeceased by: his father Carl Ray Wells. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Moore Wells of Corbin; his wife Debra Sims Wells of Corbin; his children, Brett Wells (Megan) of Walton, Kristina Fischer (Joshua) of Bethel and Melinda Bryant (Jeremy) of Corbin; his siblings, David Ray Wells (Jacqueline) and Toni Francis of Corbin; his grandchildren, Joshua Fisher, Jr., Jodee Fisher, Aliyah Bryant and Maya Bryant; his friends, Jimmy Dale Phelps and Mark Nantz; his brothers-in-law, Robert Sims and James Sims (Jenny) of Corbin; and his nephews, Gunner Wells and Dustin Fisher. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
