He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Partin Sr. and Sophie Partin (Early). He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Partin (Moses); his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Terry McKeehan of Gray; his grandchild Leslie Skidmore of Newport Richie; and his siblings, Zella Davenport of Corbin, Sharon Skeen (Jim) of Corbin and Estle Partin (Wanda) of Corbin, Kentucky.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
