She is survived by: her husband Theodore Spurlock; her children, Pamela Reddick (Gary), Ronnie Spurlock (Monica) and Tammy Spurlock; her grandchildren, Brad Byrd, Brian Byrd, April Emmons, Ron Spurlock Jr. and Ashley Miller; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Noah, Owen, Packston, Dalton, Katie, Olivia, Jace, Cooper and Tanner; and her siblings, Freida Hacker (Raymond) and Tom Baker Jr. (Sheila). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
