He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermol Foley and Beatrice Hubbs Foley; his siblings, Joann Messer and Ermol Lee Foley; his aunt Doris; and his uncle Joe Hubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Norma "Binky" Foley; his daughter Patti Smith (Travis); his sister Lela Helton (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Smith, Makayla Smith and Travis Conner Smith. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
