He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Miller and Virgie Miller; his stepmother Orpha Miller; his siblings, Paul "Pete" Miller and Flora Parsons; and his stepsiblings, Geneva Griggs, Ann Novak, Dorothy Toucheck and Arvil Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lay Miller; his children, Linda Carroll and Ronald "Ron" L. Miller, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alicia Helton (C. J.), Holli Miller and Brayden Miller; his siblings, Randall Carter (Marilyn), Ancil Carter (Ellen), Johnny Miller (Kathy), Doris Hensley (Stanley) and Connie Hash (Bret); and his sister-in-law Patsy Richardson (Richard). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
