He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Osborne and Marie Osborne; his former wife Doris; his siblings, Fred, Walter, Jr., Glen, Garry and Kathy; and his son Brian Petrey.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, W. Leon Petrey (Lisa) and Angela Schweingruber (Bob); and his siblings, Bob (Reba), James (Rosie), Linda (Eddie), Jeanne (Johnnie) and Darrell (Tami). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either the Osborne Cemetery Fund 348 Osborne Road Corbin, KY 40701 or the Salvation Army.
