She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Jewell Saylor Felts; her stepfather Tom Felts of Corbin; her siblings, Tammy Russell (Phillip) of Corbin and David Nathan Parker of Corbin; her aunt Mildred Ann Moore of Corbin; her uncles, Donald Ray Saylor of Seminole and Claude Parker of Middlesboro, Kentucky.; her daughter Suzanne Smith Eaton (Rob); her grandchildren, Mariah Cecilia Parker, Shyanne Jewell Parker and Sarah Rose Eaton; her former husband Terry Wayne Smith; and her pet Milo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
