She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Anderson and Mae Vanderpool (Howington); her brothers, Freddie Cox and Bob Cox; and her stepfather Cleo Vanderpool.
She is survived by: her husband Leland Leslie Carter of Corbin, Kentucky.; her children, Rosetta Belew (Walter) of Corbin, Kentucky., Jeffrey Carter (Kimberly) of Corbin, Kentucky., Garfield Carter (Cassie) of Corbin, Kentucky., Stephanie Surgener (Rusty) of Corbin, Kentucky. and Ashley Carter of Corbin, Kentucky.; her great grandchildren, Rachel Gindorf (Corey), Makenzie Lundy (Elisha), Samuel Belew, Nathaniel Smith, Zach Carter, Gwen Carter, Nathan Carter (Amber), Joshua Carter, Brooklynn Carter, Abigayle Carter, Shealynn Perkins (Aaron), Skylyn Barton, Stephen Reece, Brylie Reid, Bentley Reid and Aubree Reid; her siblings, Brenda Badgero of Michigan, Flora Ann Patterson of Rockholds, Kentucky., Kenneth Anderson of Michigan, Ronnie Vanderpool of Williamsburg and Tom Anderson of Bardstown, Kentucky.; and her stepsiblings, Ann Cox Burkhart of Michigan, Jim Cox, Sr. of Michigan and Don Cox, Sr. of Georgia. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
