He is survived by: his children, Kevin Frazier (Billie Rae) of Mitchell, IN, Keith Frazier (Lora) of Norman, IN, Kelly Frazier of Corbin, KY, Kirby Frazier (Mary Frances) of Corbin, KY and Joshua Frazier of Jackson, KY; and his brother Donald Frazier of Bedford, IN. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
