He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Greer and Gertie Greer; his grandson Travis Duane Mahan; his sisters, Maxine Greer Reynolds and Martha Russell; and his daughter-in-law Diana Sue Greer.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Young Greer; his children, Dale Leon Greer (Debi), Karen Greer Roark (Robert), Douglas Royal Greer (Peggy), Gregory Wayne Greer (Angie), Timothy Lee Greer (Tammie), Thomas Edward Greer (Susan) and Christina Dawn Greer (Tim Watkins); his grandchildren, Kaci Rae Brown (Cletis), Beth Leanna Cline (Mike), Dallas Royal Greer (Carlie), Patricia Elaine Greer (Preston), Justin Tyler Vaughn-Greer (Wade), Shannon Nicole Greer (J. D.), Jason Robert Greer (Jessica), Stephanie Nicole Galvin (Levi), Whitney Jeree Gann (Matt), Thomas Spencer Greer (Lindsay), Alexandra Diane Greer, Tiffany Michelle McLain (Ian) and Christopher Jordan Adams; and his siblings, Earnestine Williams (Olin), Barbara Mullins (Russell), Curtis Greer II and Sandra Gooch (John). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.

I have fond memories of my time in Cape Coral and Royal was one of those memories. Dee and I have been divorced for 6 years now. I have moved from Winnipeg to British Columbia on the west coast of Canada. I have a new partner and am living in the mountains in a very beautiful place. My best to you and your family.
