He is survived by: his wife Ida Broughton of Corbin; his children, Kimberly Mills of Gray and Russell Chad Broughton (Samantha Bair) of Gray; his siblings, Geraldine Burns of Barbourville, Kathy Broughton of Barbourville, Kenneth Broughton (Vernie) of Taylor, MI, Johnny Broughton (Sudie) of Barbourville, Eddie Broughton (Earslene) of Cannon, Teddy Broughton (Sherry) of Swan Pond, Danny Broughton (Rosemary) of Barbourville and Eddie Arnold (Glenna) of Eastview; and his grandchildren, Austin Doolin, Tyler Mills and Hannah Mills.
