She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Clevenger; her son Paul Clevenger; and her parents, Rankin Creech and Myrtle Davis Creech. She is survived by: her son David Creech (Rhonda); her daughter-in-law Susan Clevenger (Wallace); her grandchildren, Paul David Creech and Anna Jo Medina (Tyler); her great grandchild Cadence Grace Medina; and her siblings, Martha Collins, Ruth Jackson, Gary Creech (Monette) and Billy Creech (Linda).

In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to the Harlan County Animal Shelter.
