She is survived by: her children, Charles Ray Mobley Jr. (Caressa) of Corbin, Kentucky. and Samantha Mobley North (Delbert Smith) of Corbin, Kentucky.; her siblings, Nancy Hill Phelps (Gary) of Lexington and Ellis Lee Hill (Jenny) of Keavy, Kentucky.; her grandson Tyler North (Brandy); her great grandchildren, Madison Beckner and Kenzley North; and her friend Pam Martin.
