She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman McIntosh and Betty Combs McIntosh; and her nephew Charlie McIntosh. She is survived by: her husband Edward "Eddie" Barton; and her siblings, Virginia Carter (Billy), Sondra Worley, Darrell McIntosh (Clara) and Earnest McIntosh (April). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
