She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hammock and Leafia Hammock (Brummett); and her siblings, Kenneth Hammock, Lewis Hammock, Jr., Clatus Hammock, Orville Hammock and Mazie Stephenson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rose Wells of Corbin and Verda Howard of Florida. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
