She is survived by: her children, Jessica Sams and Michael Sams; her grandchildren, Nolin Gordon, Isabella Lester, Gabriella Tallon and Jessiegh Bishop; her sisters, Charlene Richter (Joshua), Sheila York (Charlie) and Cynthia Money (Brian); her aunts, Helen Myers and Ruth Anne Casper; and her brother-in-law Tony Rhodus. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to assist with funeral expenses.
