She is survived by: her husband Lester Lee Howard of Corbin; her children, Susan Brandenburg of East Bernstadt, Mark Howard of Corbin and Angie Sowers of London, Kentucky; and her siblings, Jerry Maggard of London, Kentucky., Claude Maggard of London, Kentucky., Kay Proffitt of London, Kentucky. and Lois Sherman of London, Kentucky..

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to London Funeral Home toward funeral expense.
