She is survived by: her children, Teresa Crook, Roy Hale, Jerry Hale, David Hale and Crystal Blakley; her brothers, Henry Prewitt and Marvin Prewitt (Maureen); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler, Catherine, Emily, Autumn, Kelsha and Jotham. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
