She is survived by: her mother Loretta Minton Smith of Barbourville; her siblings, Sonjalynn Seal of Corbin, Stephanie Smith of Corbin, Brian Smith of Barbourville, Andrew Mills of London, Darien Bargo of Barbourville and Delvin Smith of Barbourville; her cousins, Kristy Minton, Adam Isom and Lonnie Wayne Isom; and her caregivers, Amanda, Jacob Martin, Angie Wagner, Little Lisa, Judy Martin and Travis Mills. She is also survived by four nieces; five nephews.
