She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie Caudill and Verna Dixon Caudill; her sons, Tom and Larry Phillips; and her siblings, Allen, Hansel, Kenneth Caudill, Josephine Bell and Mary Lou Whitaker.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Phillips (Wendy) of Ringgold, Greg Phillips (Allison) of Corbin, Kentucky, Delores Spalding (James) of Corbin and Diane Fields of Corbin; her daughters-in-law, Emily Phillips of Harrodsburg and Linda Phillips of Dover, Delaware; and her siblings, Russel Caudill (Sharon) of Lancaster, Kentucky and Geneva McKinney of Hamilton, Ohio.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
