She is survived by: her husband Michael Moore; her son Jonathan Moore; her grandsons, Austin Hammack and Ryan Moore; and her brothers, Tom Shelton (Jenny) and Joe Shelton (Malissa). She is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
