She is survived by: her children, George Middleton (Shelly) of Corbin, Kim Middleton of London and John Robert Middleton (Rachel) of Paris; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jenny, Jessica, Christopher and Amelia; her great grandchildren, Bryleigh and John Zachary; and her close friend Pete Wacks. She is also survived by her friends and neighbors.
