She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marshall Siler and Martha Jane Siler; her son Ernest Ray Bryant; her husband James E. McNeil; and her sisters, Bobbie Jean Crowe and Letha Lucrisha Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Bruce (Kevin) of Louisville, Kentucky and Ray Marshall Bryant of Corbin, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Lauren Laws (Chris) of Richmond and Cory Bruce (Kelsey Stinson) of Lexington, Kentucky; her great grandchild Kyleigh Brooke Laws; and her siblings, Ginger Siler of Corbin, Kentucky, Tom Siler (Phyllis) of Speedwell, Tennessee, Rick Siler (Vivian) of Tazewell, Tennessee, Steve Siler (Phyllis) of New Tazewell, Tennessee and Calvin Siler (Mary) of Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
