He is survived by: his parents, Robin Lay of Jellico, TN and Pamela Campbell Lay of Williamsburg, KY; his wife Dessie-Lee McNeil of Corbin, KY; his children, Anthony Campbell of Williamsburg, KY, Isaiah Burnette (Lisa) of Williamsburg, KY, Kelsie Burnette of Corbin, KY, Alexis Burnette of Somerset, KY and Kaitlynn Burnette of Corbin, KY; his grandsons, Breannan, Cash, Greyson and Carter; his grandmother Gelinda Campbell of Williamsburg, KY; his sisters, Tasha Strunk (Anthony) of Jellico, TN and Rose Nicole Lay; and his nieces, Rose Marie, Tasha Kay and Nora Jade.
