He is survived by: his wife Sheila Wynn Baird; his children, Tammy Hensley (D. Y.) and Cecil Baird, Jr.; his siblings, Phyllis McNabb, George Baird (Joyce) and Dallas Baird (Patricia); his grandchildren, Kaylin Baird Saylor (Jeremiah), Morgan Keck (Braden) and Loren Osborne; his great grandchild Lincoln Saylor; and his sister-in-law Betty Baird. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
