He was predeceased by: his father Robert Jeff Chadwell; his stepfather Gene L. Wyatt; and his parents-in-law, Donald Light and Jamie Light. He is survived by: his wife Donna Chadwell; his children, Kayla Blane Chadwell and Zachary Jeff Chadwell; his mother Billie Ruth Wyatt; his sisters, Sherry McHargue (J. C.) and Lisa Cima (Edmondo); and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Light (Mary) and Wendy Hart (Kelvin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, and uncles, as well as many friends.
