She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton E. Decker; her parents, Jeff Helton and Rosa Belle Proffitt Helton; her siblings, Bill, Walter, Hubert, Jack Helton, Mary Magdalene Helton and Geneva Carter; her grandson Shannon Hacker; her great grandchildren, Brandon Decker and Jackson Good; and her children-in-law, Kenny Bunch and Benita Decker.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Bunch, Richard Decker, Ron Decker, Rosie Taylor (Freddie), Donald Decker, Roberta Webb (Phil) of Corbin, Kathy Banta (Clinton) of Dalton, GA, Lois Wear (Bill) of Cohutta, GA and Lynn Decker (Cande) of Hammersville, OH; and her sister Eleanor Bailey of Bethel, OH. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
