It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Bartlett Rose of Corinth, Kentucky, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ethelbert Rose and Golda Baker Rose; and his siblings, Elton, Frankie Rose, Nora Cook and Gertrude Clifton.

He is survived by : his children, Tony Rose (Katherine) of Berry, KY and Joy Kelly (Gary) of Corinth, KY; his brother Richard Rose of Frankfort, KY; his grandchildren, Jesse Pugh (Rebecca) and Nicholas Kelly (Shaun); and his great grandchildren, Gracie and Aaron. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and neighbors.
