He is survived by: his wife Judy Fortner; his children, Chris Fortner (Angie) of Corinth, KY and Nicole Zaluski (Dan) of Lexington, KY; his siblings, David Fortner of Dry Ridge, KY, Jackie Fortner of Dry Ridge, KY and Pat West (Dennis) of Williamstown, KY; his grandchildren, Miles Fortner (AD), Carter Zaluski and Lorelei Zaluski; and his great grandchild Jaxon.
