He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. John and Letha Blanche York; and his brothers, Denny York and Timmy York. He is survived by : his wife Norma Mullins York; his children, Michael York, Mark York (Joyce), Greg York (Lisa) and Gwen Alexander (Aaron) of Corinth; his siblings, Gene York (Margie) and Norma Hammond (Zemer) of Corinth; his sister-in-law Marie York of Crittenden; his grandchildren, Jessica Robinson, Westley York, Jaime York, Branden York, Adam York, Ethan Alexander, Abbigail Alexander and Clara Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Lexie Robinson, Korbyn York, Landen York, Emma Robinson, Ryn Robinson, Rylee York, Greta York, Presten York and Eva York.
