Perkins; his daughters, Rachel Schidecker (Mike) of Trotwood, OH, Rebecca Perkins of Dayton, OH and Regina Hull of Dayton, OH; his sisters, Retha Hicks of Lexington, KY. and Victoria Gross (Buck) of Lexington, KY.; his grandchildren, Chase Perkins (Riley), Talmon Schidecker (Phylicia), Stefan Schidecker (Colynn) and Kara Hull; and his great grandchildren, Braydon, Avery, Willie, Amos and Willow.
