He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Perkins and Ogie Terry Perkins (Terry); and his brother Morton Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Tracie S. Perkins; his daughters, Rachel Schidecker (Mike) of Trotwood, OH, Rebecca Perkins of Dayton, OH and Regina Hull of Dayton, OH; his sisters, Retha Hicks of Lexington, KY. and Victoria Gross (Buck) of Lexington, KY.; his grandchildren, Chase Perkins (Riley), Talmon Schidecker (Phylicia), Stefan Schidecker (Colynn) and Kara Hull; and his great grandchildren, Braydon, Avery, Willie, Amos and Willow.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the McDaniel Funeral Home - Corinth (440 Old Corinth Owenton Rd, Corinth, KY 41010). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the New Columbus Cemetery.
