She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Perkins and Beulah Northcutt Perkins; and her siblings, Lloyd Douglas "Butch" Perkins, Ricky Perkins, Elvin Perkins, Jr., Doris Crupper and Dottie Crowel.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Tatum; her son Chris Tatum (Carolyn Michelle) of Dry Ridge; and her granddaughter Laura Elizabeth Tatum of Dry Ridge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
