He was predeceased by: his fathers, Ray Thomas and Nolan Thomas; and his brothers, Tony Thomas and Joe Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Blanford); his children, Andrea Alvey (Brian), Brian (Mindy) and Casey (Traci); his sisters, Ramona Lauterwasser (Dan), Yvonne Drury (Tommy) and Gladelle Hardenbergh; his sister-in-law Mary Ann; his grandchildren, Darin Lewis (Kyle), Brett Lewis, Cassidy Brumfiel (Ben), Collin Alvey (Braylynn), Rylee Thomas, Paige Black (Landon) and Garrett Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Evyn, Dean Brumfiel, Drew and Phoebe Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
