She is survived by: her husband Thad McCormic of Corydon, KY; her sons, Thaddeus "Michael" McCormic II of Evansville, IN and Justin McCormic of Henderson, KY; her mother Lola Wilkens of Clinton, IA.; her siblings, Corinna Foster (Tim) of Fulton, IL, Laura Wilkens of Clinton, IA, Debbie Wilkens of Clinton, IA, Rodney Wilkens of Ft. Myers, FL and Rob Wilkens of Clinton, IA; and her grandchildren, John Alexander "Alex", Hannah Jayde and Aleah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
