She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Dragoo and Blanche Dragoo; her husband Thomas W. Hale; her brother David Dragoo; her adoptive mother Frances Tyanne Katenbrink; and her granddaughter Ann Marie.
She is survived by: her children, David Miller (Terri) and Sue Ann Foster (Scott); her grandchildren, Alexa Bell (Greg), Kelly Gray (Steve) and Griffin Foster; her former husband Edward Miller; her sister-in-law Linda Miller (Patricia Burns); her great grandchildren, Mason, Brynn, Avery, Halle, Daniel and Bryson; and her pet Sugar Pie.
