She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley and Mattie; and her brother Donnie Lee. She is survived by: her husband Tom Klette; her sons, Tim Cummins (Alicia), Andrew Cummins (Sarah) and Mark Cummins (Taylor); her stepdaughters, Rhonda Klette and Kelly Cummins (Dan); her grandchildren, Landen, Rylann, Tyler, Matthew and Brady; her great grandchild Madilyn; and her siblings, James Hammond and Robin Moore (Dennis).

Memorials can be made to the Kenton County Animal Shelter, 1020 Mary Laidley Road, Covington, KY 41017.
