She was predeceased by : her husband Richard G. Ballinger, Sr.; and her son James Thomas Ballinger. She is survived by : her children, Charles Frank Ballinger, Sandra Kay Macht, Jeannine Sue Dew, Tina Louise Cooper, Mary Margaret Brown, Richard Gilbert Ballinger, Jr. and Bobbie Lynn Ballinger. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
