He was predeceased by: his parents, Price Kilburn and Lily Strong. He is survived by: his son Joe Kilburn (Karen); his siblings, Jack Kilburn, Elmer Kilburn, Pauline Mullins and Mary Akeman; his granddaughters, Julia, Tabatha and Deena; and his great grandchild Jaela.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (10759 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Kilburn Family Cemetery (3802 Concord Caddo Rd, Falmouth, KY 41040).
