He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clenney and Mary Clenney; and his siblings, Thomas Clenney, Tyrone Clenney and Patricia Fleckenstein.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Ballinger (Charlynn), Charles Clenney (Seiko) and Megan Herald (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Parker, Brennen, Chloe, Riley, Raigan and Callan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests sending donations to the Northern Kentucky Youth Football League.
