Phillips (Covington, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Wehrman-Deuschle; his daughter-in-law Pearl Phillips; and his granddaughter Erika Deuschle.
