He is survived by: his wife Karen Stamper of Covington, KY; his son Kenneth Clutter (Cassie) of Wilder, KY; his stepdaughters, Scarlett Stamper of Cincinnati, OH and Monica Keller (Michael) of Fayetteville, OH.; his grandchildren, Evan Clutter, Makenna Clutter, Mason Clutter, Hardin Stamper, Timothy Harmon and Amber Harmon; and his brothers, Philip Stamper and Thomas Stamper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other friends and family.
