He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Baxter and Mary Baxter; his wife Sharon "Sherry"; and his brother Don E. Baxter II. He is survived by: his children, Holly Bridgers (Greg Weber), Darren Baxter (Teresa) and Trevor Baxter (Liz); his stepson Drew Shannon (John McCoy); his grandchildren, Georgia, Hope, Gabriella, Paige, Isla and Liam; his sister Ann Wiethe; and his former wife Barbara Baxter (Doug Jones).
