He is survived by: his children, Chastity Casey of Covington, George Casey III of Covington and Bryler Casey of Crestview Hills, Kentucky.; his stepson Triston Eversole of Walton, Kentucky.; his wife Tasha Eversole (Casey) of Crestview Hills, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Tera, Tabatha Casey of Covington, April Ruppee (Wiseman) of Newport, Max Casey of Covington, Timothy and Rudy Ruppee of Newport, Kentucky.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
