It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Edward Wermeling of Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert H. Wermeling; his wife Shirley Wermeling; and his siblings, Albert G., Gilbert H. Wermeling and Ida Bruggen.

He is survived by: his daughter Melinda; his son-in-law Tim Lampke; and his grandchildren, Max and Carley Lampke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
