He is survived by : his children, Patricia Patrick, Herbert Lee Patrick (Theresa), Hoover James Patrick (Jessica) and Jon Jon Patrick (Brandi); his siblings, John Patrick (Kim), Tony Patrick (Amy) and Betty McGaha (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Nikole, Elijah and JJ Patrick.
