She was predeceased by: her husband John William Horn; her son Stephen Mark Horn; and her siblings, Thelma Pearl Martin, Charles Edward McQueen, Elizabeth Ann "Wanda" Saylor and Shirley McQueen Thurmond.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly A. Horn Paine (Rigaud), John Stacey Horn (Mary) and Kelly Diane McQueen (Gustavo Arguello); and her grandchildren, Emily, Leah Horn, Luke, Niko Arguello and Samantha Horn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Floral Hills Memorial Garden (5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Taylor Mill, KY 41015).
