He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jill Dixon and Scott Gulch; and his siblings, Sallie Jo Tomes, Karen Brownfield, Pauline Zangrillo, Tim Myers, Laurie Melton, Sue Martinez, Gerald Meyers, Monica Harbes and Philip Meyers.
